Terms of Service

Confidential Information: All confidential information, written or oral, provided by Seller to Buyer relating to the Products furnished pursuant to the Agreement is deemed proprietary to Seller, and shall not be reproduced or duplicated by Buyer without the prior written consent of Seller except as provided in this Section 11. Applicable written information will be marked “Confidential” by Seller and any verbal discussions about that information, whether between Seller and Buyer or internally among Buyer’s employees, agents or representatives is considered oral confidential information. Buyer shall prevent the disclosure of any confidential information to any third party, and shall disclose such information only to those employees of Buyer whose function necessitates their knowledge of such information.
